The new caage.org website went live. It is still, and will always be a work in progress!

July 2022: War on Grooming Gangs 'starts'
Rishi Sunak declared War on Grooming Gangs, albeit perhaps without too much understanding of how they worked, the underlying problems with policing and social services. Although it was also said that it was a ‘national emergency’. Let’s hope other national emergencies don’t get such a lukewarm ‘fight’.

March 2021 Preety Sidhu joins CAAGe
Preety joined us as a recommended counsellor, and has done an amazing job serving victims of grooming ever since.

Despite CEO Claire having braved the camera and reported on film, the 2018 End of Year Report managed to get lost in the website move.

October 2018, Campaign update
John Redwood, MP, and the Rt Honourable David Gauke MP, Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice confirmed that there are no intentions whatsoever to change the law from the Sexual Offences Act 2003, to protect the victims of adult sexual grooming, because government considers that it is working well.

In June 2018, Parliament recommended discontinuation of the PIN In September, John Redwood, MP, and the Rt Honourable David Gauke MP, Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice confirmed to CAAGe that this was about to happen.
