About Wobble
Wobble is a UK-based therapy platform founded by Jack Murphy, created to make mental health support flexible, affordable, and stigma-free.
Jack’s own experience with mental health inspired Wobble’s creation. After struggling for ten years without seeking help due to misinformation and stigma, he eventually took the step into therapy and realised how many others were facing the same barriers. Determined to change that, he founded Wobble to offer a more accessible, approachable path to support - one that empowers people to prioritise their well-being without fear or judgement.
At Wobble, the mission goes beyond connecting clients with therapists. The platform is designed to reshape how people think about therapy in the UK, making it a normal, celebrated part of everyday life. It provides direct access to trusted, qualified therapists with no subscriptions, no waiting lists, and flexible, pay-as-you-go sessions, ensuring that everyone can access the right support when they need it most.
A key part of Wobble’s mission is its Switch Safe Guarantee, a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to make finding the right therapist stress-free. If a client doesn’t feel a connection after their first session, Wobble covers the cost of their second session with a new therapist. This initiative reflects Wobble’s belief that effective therapy depends on trust and personal fit, and no one should feel trapped in a relationship that doesn’t feel right.
Wobble is more than a directory of therapists. It’s a growing community focused on education, openness, and understanding - a space where conversations around mental health are encouraged, and where therapy is recognised not only as a response to crisis but as a tool for growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
“I founded Wobble with a singular mission: to redefine how we perceive and approach mental health,” says Jack Murphy. “Therapy transformed my life, and I want others to experience that same power. Together, we can break down the barriers that keep people from seeking support and make therapy accessible for everyone.”
At its core, Wobble stands for one simple belief: therapy should fit real life - not the other way around
